I worked in Man Hing Hong Property Management Co Ltd in the summer of 2009, right after my completion of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination. Despite the temptation of spending my summer with my friends and classmates, I chose to equip my holiday with a meaningful internship that secondary school graduates would rarely choose. Looking back at my decision after working for nearly 10 weeks in the firm, I knew that this decision was one of the smartest decisions I had ever made in my life.
I was posted in the Human Resources and Administration Department, where hands-on tasks were widely given to me by my superiors. I was surprised that the firm actually put some decent responsibilities on an intern, who barely had any working experience at all. Luckily to be posted in the HRA department, I was able to understand the operations of an organized and successful company, as well as to get to know some cheerful and cooperative colleagues. They were all good people to work with, and were all willing to teach you. I was really amazed at the patience and effort they gave to a young intern like me.
10 weeks passed in a hurry, but I grew from a student to a devoted member of the firm with contributions. I really want to thank the firm for giving such a good opportunity to me. I learnt a lot, achieved a lot and will remember this internship a lot, since it helped to build my responsible working attitude as well as a solid foundation for my future career.

I was one of the summer interns of MHH in 2010. This company is really willing to teach interns something more than others rather than treating you as a cheap labour. While my university classmates complain about endless filing routines now, I was designing leaflets, participating in job interviews and many other operations when I just graduated from secondary school two years ago. All in all, I had a great summer working here which was both fruitful and enjoyable.

I joined the summer internship program of MMH in the summer of 2010, I was a team member under the I.T department. MMH gave me a lot of chances to learn and gain valuable experiences. Although I was part of the I.T department, I was not only learning IT skills for my future career but also for my life. Even though I was not a part of the HR department, they still provided me with many opportunities to learn different experiences. I especially, gained valuable insight into the property management industry. Last but not least, staffs of MMH were extremely welcoming and helpful to me, and offered me lots of great career advice.

In the summer of 2013, I became an intern in Man Hing Hong Group. At that time, I was studying Visual Communication in the Hong Kong Design Institute. This internship is my first office work, and since then, I have been a parttime graphic designer in MHH for three years. In three years time, I have participated in different adhoc projects, from the scope of promotion designs to brand revamping. These design projects facilitate me to understand the industry more thoroughly, given that I took part in every project at their very beginning stages: from sketching idea to communicating with different suppliers and colleagues, and making appropriate amendment until the project is done. Such experiences are extraordinarily helpful in my current career. When any of my designs is adopted, till every finished project I received, there is an fulfillment, because my design is no longer a class work.
