Suggested Office Layouts

The building has 25 floors of office space which are divided into two zones. The low zone is from 7/F to 19/F and the high zone is from 20/F to 31/F. The floor plate is of rectangular shape with lettable area ranges from 7,300 sq. ft. to 11,500 sq ft..

The building core, which houses lifts, AHU rooms, toilets, pantry, janitor room etc, is located on one side of the floor plate. The average external wall to core wall distance is 15 m (approx. 49 ft. 3 in.). The side-core wall design effectively maximizes the space planning for the tenants and gives a high efficiency of 92%.
